Question Does Angel & Co. Have PI licenses?

    No. It was established (to the best of my recollection) in the first season he was not a "real" private investigator.

    The more Angel got involved with real cases dealing with actual people and the law, I always figured he eventually got one. Or maybe Wesley got one over the summer between Season 1 and 2.
    I'm sure that if Angel wasn't in any way licensed W&H would've used that fact against him at some point, and they never did.

    I wonder who its licensed to? Mr Angel? Did they have a night court specific to vampires? I'd guess the firm was registered as a business or whatever above board tax stuff later on.

    Or PI licenses arnt that hard in tv land, Jessica Jones doesnt seem one for paperwork either.

    Ha. Mr. Angel sounds like a pimp. Or possibly some sort of mob boss.

    I know you can get a PI license by going to night classes (at least in the UK) so its possible that Angel got one.
    I can't really imagine Angel taking a test though; poking his tongue out of the side of his mouth as he fills in the multiple-choice bit. :)
