I have all of these stories in my head, but I'm not much of a writer and I also probably don't have the time with a full time job and all but I wonder how hard it would be to just fan fiction?

Anyone here pick up fan fiction lately? What did you find easy? Challenging?

Writing isn't difficult at all. The trick is writing something GOOD, as well as IN CHARACTER for everyone involved. That becomes more difficult. Making it GOOD, IN CHARACTER, and ORIGINAL... That's a real chore.

But don't be afraid to try. That's how almost all of the great authors started.
