An opinion about something that you think is clearly in the minority. Maybe like not liking a popular show or movie or something.

I pretty much guarantee this train of thought is in the minority.

    D. Trump has said no Muslims in America. In historical terms could he be right? Several hundred years ago (4 or 5) the Muslims began to fight the Catholics and other Christians, why? Was it because the Christians tortured and murdered women for fun? Those women proclaimed as witches in Catholic controlled countries were burnt, those women in England were hung as thanks to Henry VIII England was a Protestant country. If it wasn't for the way Muslims mistreat the women God might think of them as on top.
And now with the way Muslims have taken the continuing battle to Christianity is God on their side?
And with Trump being against Muslims is God in favour of him?

Lets put things into perspective, when Catholics murdered women who they claimed where witches there was 2 or 300,000 people viciously tortured. At a time when there was a 100 or 2 million people in the world.
But in todays time the Muslims have killed a couple of hundred thousand people in a world population of 6 or 7 billion. Who is worst?
Given that those figures are any way close to being correct, who should God favour, the witch!
Lovers of Willow take heart, and for those into black magic I mean that literally.

Will have a think about the reference its early here and my brains not working;)

The film version of To Kill a Mockingbird is undramatic and quite dull.

    Deadpool is a self-indulgent mess.

His first three films aside Tarantino other films range from avenage to poor. He's a horrible storytelling and a one trick pony style and content wise.

ILLYRIAN: You should have seen the other version, it didn't have any facts in it.

I believe that novels would fall under the 'wherever (er whatever)' category. ;)

I don't think Star Wars is all that great. Episodes 4-6 were okay but episodes 1-3 sucked and I have no desire whatsoever to see episode 7.

I dislike Daniel Craig's James Bond, I thought he was too cold and unfeeling. Pierce Brosnan's Bond was better.

I feel the same about Star Wars! I've always felt that it was overrated. It's okay at times but overall I've never got into it and never saw what is so great about it. Good to know I'm not the only one lol.

But the Bond character is supposed to be cold even when its a more human version. Brosnan was fine but falls someway short of Connery, Craig and Dalton IMO.

I'll agree that 4-6 (original trilogy) are overrated, but I still like them. The Force Awakens (7) could've been more original, but it's still worth watching.
I liked Craig's more gritty version of Bond. While I think that Bronsan was probably the best old school Bond.

Daniel Craig is my favourite Bond. He's essentially a state sponsored assassin and I love his portrayal.

My unpopular opinion is . . . Christmas is just a bore and I'm glad when it's over

What even better than Connery? I'm assuming your not including Dalton since he marked a change in direction?

What even better than Connery?;) I'd put Craig 3rd after Connery and Dalton myself.

As for SW I'm unconvinced mostly with them. Empire is the best of the first six IMO (or last six or whatever!;)), and I really enjoyed the Force Awakens and am looking forward to the new film:)

Connery was the best until Craig came along. I don't rate Dalton at all :)

Well that's the end of our beautiful friendship...:(

The Living Daylights is one of the great ever Bond films, and Dalton was fantastic in both his 007 outings. He added a rare blend of charm, real world grit, and cunning. Not to mention he did his own stunts and sold them as well as any Bond ever has.

Craig doesn't rank in the top 3 for me.

    1. Brosnan
    2. Connery.
    3. Moore/ Dalton

Brosnan was my first Bond so that's why I rate him slightly higher than Connery. Craig lacks warmth. As Jason Bourne he might have been good, but as Bond, he lacks the charm and wit that his predecessors had.

Star Wars is meh, James Bond is mostly meh with a few gems. Daniel Craig is the best bond, with Casino Royale and Skyfall being the best bond films. Goldeneye is a classic, helped by the game of course. I think there's the odd decent Connery bond film and maybe a Dalton one. Roger Moore is just awful.

I enjoy Live and Let Die.

Goldeneye is my favourite Bond film and I used to watch my brother play the Goldeneye game on the N64.

Skyfall is the best Craig Bond film. Quantum of Solace is crap, the camera work was all over the place.
