I know there was technically feelings between them - unexpressed at this point - and that they would kiss later in the episode, but I really loved that scene in Hero between Doyle and Cordy, where they're sitting on the steps and talking about the day that Angel had the Oracles swallow and they agree that secrets are bad.
Their conversation at the end of Gone when they discuss how hard it's been for Willow to go without magic and how Buffy has realised that she doesn't actually want to die. It's sweet and a bit of a breakthrough for both of them with regards to their individual issues.
From all double episodes, I'd choose Doppelgangland but from those listed in the post above: Intervention.
Though I did also like The Replacement. I would've liked to see a Slayer and a Buffy... Would the slayer be like she was in the wish? Would Buffy be like she was before becoming a Slayer?
But I chose Intervention because I just think the Buffybot is totally funny. ANYA:
I know some don't like the Buffybot because it's wrong to build yourself a "sexbot" that lookes like your crush. But it's fictional so I don't think about the moral problems in that situation. Plus when I first watched it (I was 9) I just found the Buffybot hilariouse... I guess that stuck with me. I still think the Buffybot is very funny.
The scenes between him and Willow before he becomes 'missions boyfriend'. I really liked the two of them together and it just goes to show that Willow can have chemistry with cardboard. In particular I'm thinking how lovely it is when they are at the party and Dingoes Ate My Baby comes on and he gets the song turned off for her.
