If not Doyle could be resurrected, right?
Like Angel resurrects Doyle and he gets a spin-off since Doyle was written out because "clearly that character didn't mesh" according to Whedon, and Glenn Quinn's overdose has no effect since now it's a comic book.

The wikia page for the beacon claims it's not magic, but I rewatched the episode so many times and I couldn't find anything on it not being magic, but I could have missed it.

There are a lot of complications with them bringing Doyle back even if they could. One is that it would be against his wishes. It would lessen his sacrifice. And the universe of Angel is very different in that way to the Buffyverse. They don't really deal in magic at least not at this point. I willing to bet that bringing Doyle back didn't even cross their minds.

Doyle could come back. As you say, death is never the end in the Buffyverse, but maybe out of respect for Glenn Quinn they chose to completely retire the character?

Lorne is in the comics though, so...

Edit: Unsure if Andy was still alive at that point or not, to be fair.

Lorne has his own comic book, as a tribute to Andy Hallett that it was released in 2010, a year later Andy's death. Will they ever bring Lorne back despite Andy not living anymore? It's a tough question but since Glenn nor Andy are not here with us seems unlikely they both reappear...? (though my heart will be happy to see some of their characters back even if they were briefly appearance).

Doyle's death I dont is magic as I remember. But reliving him can always be possible on the Buffyverse.... As said before, death is not the end in here ;)

While I personally never saw much of interest in the character, I'm sure that if Joss or his writing staff could come up with an interesting reason to bring him back, like, maybe Angel committed some really major faux pas, and Higher Being Cordy (who, of course, isn't really dead) had to come and bail him out, but she specifically needed Doyle (who she could either resurrect or warp back to the moment of his death and save) somehow for some reason, in order to pull it off. It's a fantasy show, after all, with hell gods, Higher Beings, high school geeks who become super powerful witches, and demons with glowing green eyes capable of restoring a vampire's soul. Bringing back some guy with a pincushion face wouldn't be any big deal.
