That's the only explanation that makes sense. Harmony may have also helped, despite her dislike of Spike and Dru, being part of a group that killed the Slayer would be big kudos for a dumb Vamp like her.Possibly because Dru is a formidable fighter and she couldn't rely on Spike's help. Given that she'd just rejected him, he could've easily sided with Dru.
Gwen Raiden managed to restart Angel's heart electrically. It seems vampires are susceptible to electricity. Both a cattle prod and a taser have been used to subdue a vampire.
Why do you think it wasn't in the script though? And don't say because the writers didn't write it.Because it was not in the script.![]()
Drusilla used thrall on Kendra, first off. Second, she never tried to kill Buffy in Crush, partly because she wanted Spike to do it (canon) and partly because of her psychic powers (fanon). My question is why couldn't Drudilla kill Buffy considering she killed Kendra?
I'm not falling for that. You expect me to say it, so I won't. Almost did, but hesitated. Why do you think it wasn't in the script though? And don't say because the writers didn't write it.
PerhapsBuffy didn't kill Drusilla because of what was done to her before turning into a vampire.Buffy didn't kill Dru for the same reason that she didn't kill Spike, Harmony, or Angelus. She knew them, They had stopped becoming nameless monsters and became people to her. Certainly, she could have killed either or all of them in face to face combat (Okay, she let Angelus off that one time with only a kick to the unmentionables, but she wasn't ready to give up on Angel at that point) but this is one of the thins that might be called special about Buffy as a Slayer. To her, not all vampires or demons are to be mindlessly exterminated. Once they stop becoming nameless fledglings. Rather irresponsible on her part, really, because Dru, Angelus, Spike, and Harmony did go on to commit acts of murder and mayhem, but we have to remember, Buffy is a Slayer, not a Vulcan. Logic doesn't always factor into her thinking.
Drusilla could have killed Buffy out of jealousy.Drusilla used thrall on Kendra, first off. Second, she never tried to kill Buffy in Crush, partly because she wanted Spike to do it (canon) and partly because of her psychic powers (fanon).
Dru did go for Buffy in Crush. Spike then pulled her off of her which upset Dru because it meant Spike was a lost cause.Drusilla used thrall on Kendra, first off. Drusilla could've killed Buffy out of jealousy. Perhaps if Harmony distracted Spike longer and Dru could've used her thrall sooner, it could've happened.Dru did go for Buffy in Crush. Spike then pulled her off of her which upset Dru because it meant Spike was a lost cause.
