Lol, so I've been noticing that a lot of us aren't quite as into this whole shipping business as we used to be. So, why not bring up our "love spirits" and what not by reviving our practically dead war, Bangel vs. Spuffyy!

Obviously, Miss Mean, aka me 😉, is on the side of Bangel this time.

So, debate away! But, and I always add this guys, make sure to remain polite and civil, no bashing! Thank you!

We always exchange opinions about those ships and we disagree in so many other threads about them, that I don't know if we need an official thread for battles!!! lol! I love you people!

Oh that's okay! I became a Bangel/Spuffy before Joan's vow to Bangel, but lol this is so hard! I'm going with Bangel right now because I'm liking the ship more and more. Btw Wishing Oceans, I'll still love you even when you go back to Spuffy!

I would like to offer a suggestion as a veteran of countless discussions, arguments, battles, skirmishes, but, thankfully, here at least, no outright cuss fights. Everyone who knows me knows exactly where I have always stood on this subject, and by now you know my reasons, and some might even say excuses for every viewpoint on the subject. But I would like, at this time, to offer a third choice to the Neverending Question.

Buffy loves both men, equally but differently. She could be quite content living out the rest of her life, and, if possible, raising fat happy children, with either Spike OR Angel, and even in doing so would never stop loving the other one. In fact, dare I say it? Why the heck not? She could be perfectly happy having both men as her husbands simultaneously (I just saw an old Clint Eastwood movie, "Paint Your Wagon," where they did exactly that, and even managed to sing songs while doing it).

So I propose a whole new ship, with a little something for everyone: Spuffngel. If we all get behind it, we can make it work. All we have to do is put aside our petty differences, open our hearts and minds, and give it our sincere blessings. Now, who's with me on this? Just think, peace and cooperation between the two strongest ships on the Boards. Just think what we could accomplish.

We could completely eradicate the Cangels, the Spanders, the Fuffies, the Spillyrias...The Boards are ours for the taking. We could be an alliance more powerful than Clark and Lois. So, whaddaya say? Peace and cooperation, or endless bickering? Now's the time to decide.

Weird, I was just thinking about how the Bangelers and Spuffies should unite and become a more powerful force. We can rule BB! :silly: And then, poof, WA says it better than I could've. 😀

We should make a thread expressing our mutual love for the two 'ships, "'Ships of the Night Unite!" or something. 😀

This debate is so old. Seriously, do we NEED another topic for this?

If you really want to discuss it then revive an older thread instead of making more clutter.

Haha maybe for you old people :elder:, but me, I'm still as energetic as ever! 😉 Even more so, 'cause this is the first real time to argue on the BANGEL side. 😎

By the way, I find it SO funny that you're actually only 15... I've always thought of you as, like, decades older than me, not three years! 😛
