Tough one, both are awesome. Have to go with "The Wish", but it's close.

After the Fall.
Imo even though Season 8 had better plotlines; After The Fall was more realistic and a believable 6th Season of Angel had it not been cancelled.

Wesley or Gwendolyn Post
 
Xander in high school. He was at least useful then and so much cuter.

William the Bloody (Evil Spike) or Angeleus (Evil Angel)
 
Both are awesome but I'd have to say Angelus. It was a freaking event whenever he showed up.

Darla in the flashbacks or Darla on Angel?
