I'm working with them on new or current activites. Then there's any upgrades to the site itself or any of the modifications we have.

[15:13] <Faith> I think the hardest part was trying to come up with themes that were not used, for instance forum names, descriptions, user titles. All that took a lot of time to link everything in. A lot of man hours went into it, i'm talking 3am in the morning kinda things
[15:14] <Faith> it is a never ending thing, that is what is harder i.e. we constantly look for ways to improve things, so its a never ending cycle, you might see us not doing much but the machine never stops
