Dorm Amnesty

Since we know that some people have had problems recently within their dorms, we've decided to declare an amnesty period of sorts.

For the next month, anyone who is currently in a dorm and wants a change of scenery can post and be sorted again. Likewise anyone who would like to be without a dorm, as always, is welcome to do so.

Please pm a head moderator or myself if you would like to be removed from the dorm system. For everyone else, just post in the new Sorting Tome thread.

Also, all the dorms and the School are receiving new color schemes. VH and Raiden already are up, and I expect Drogyn's to be up tonight. Merrick's will be up this week.

Each dorm also now has an archive forum within it. We've done a clear out so that each dorm has a fresh start and any bad feelings there can be put in the past.

Also, this isn't really a change, but when we started the School, each of the dorms had a staff member assigned to it to help with the administrative stuff and just be around if needed. We've sort of let that fall by the wayside a bit and not had one specific mod in each forum with that task. So going forward the "Heads" for each dorm are:

VH - Angelic Slayer
Raiden - Nix
Merrick - Lyri
Drogyn - Faith

If you have any house problems, or if the house needs anything, please feel free to go to them.

New prefect elections will happen after the open period in the dorms is over and everyone is settled in. We'll also be going back to our original policy of having mods not eligible to be prefects - that will be a strictly member position going forward.

Tomorrow will be the last day for any dorm changes, so if you haven't been and would still like to be resorted into a new dorm, ask now or forever hold your peace.
