I voted for Halloween, it's still a favorite episode of the show for me.

It's gotta be Fear Itself. Gachnar is one of my favourite villains and being dispatched by Buffy's tennis shoe coming down on him feels like closure. The suspense starts when Oz bleeds on the floor and we see a ripple like a shock wave go out in all directions. Giles arriving with a chainsaw is what saves them. It doesn't get better than that.

And the closing scene was perfect where Giles was yelling at him self & then we found out why 🙂
