So…why am I the only person who doesn’t like this book? I didn’t like the tv show from some years back, but I thought, I should try the book. I happened to pick up the audiobook because Richard Armitage is the narrator, so I thought I’d try that first. And I just…want…it…to…end…

I can’t get into it at all, and it’s making me feel defective.

I loved it when I read it years ago, but I do remember its being somewhat slow-moving. I can imagine as an audiobook it would seem even slower. I've never seen the TV show, so can't comment on that.

referring to #1.
That is definitely a misnomer, I doubt that Buffy Summers could possibly be, in any way shape or form, defective. 😉

I still haven’t read it, though I’ve thought about it, and now when I see Richard Armitage narrates… *runs to my audiobook app*

It just seems very looooong though

I would not still be listening with *sigh* 23 hours left if Richard Armitage wasn’t narrating it.

Holy moly, it is 36 hours and 35 minutes!

Makes sense, I’ve seen the paperback, but still. We’ll see if I get to hour 23! 😅
