Once more, with podcast: Pick a Halloween episode for us!

The next podcast will be released around Halloween so it's natural theme is "Halloween" (we are nothing, if not original! 😛 )

However, Buffy has three Halloween episodes and Angel has one, and there is not enough time to discuss all of them. Therefore we turn to you, gentle listeners, to pick which episode the podcast should talk about!


Pick one and give us your motivation why you think that's the one which ought to be discussed; is it the best? The most overlooked? The worst? Let us know! 😀

Fear Itself is great for showing the charters feelings and how they fit into the world post high school.

All the way finally has the engagement announcement. Also the lightest of the halloween eps.

Halloween is the first real themed ep, and introduces a human villain. Plus the hinting at Giles' history.

Life of the party shows how much they've all changed since the beginning and since taking on wolfram and hart.

If I can only pick one maybe Halloween, it's a little bit more fun than Fear Itself. It just depends on what you want to talk about. Fear Itself could be a deep conversation, All the Way and Life of the Party might be light, but is there really a lot to talk about? lol

Life of the Party for me! It is always illuminating to see what people would do if they had all the resources they needed at their disposal and the deal with Wolfram & Hart gave them exactly that. Spike had a similar comment in "The Initiative" where he says:

Spike (about Buffy): "I always worried what would happen when that bitch got some funding."

A lot of stories are about scarcity - the protagonist needs more money / time / ability / people to accomplish some task. What happens when you have everything you need? You get your heart's desire - but can you manage all the complexities?
