I must've missed this thread (or forgotten to circle back after reading), because I really enjoyed this story!

Thank you again! Maybe this should have been my IWRY contribution, but I lacked the patience.
Seems like Buffy lost out in both worlds in that in both of them Angel & Buffy wasn't a couple .

True, but the title should have told you that 😉 You could chose to see it differently, though, like that even in the timeline were they don't know each other they had a little moment of tenderness and sparkage, wondering about what could have been.
