Spot the Vampire.
The names of characters from the series are not mine, they belong to God. To those who are not aware, Joss Whedon is God.

Snyder took Buffy, Willow and Xander to the graveyard during the day, he told them to look at all with headstones. Then asked them if that was where they thought they’d be most likely to see a vampire.

He takes them into the town of Sunnydale and back to the school where he told them to look at the library. “Or is this where I think you ought to look,” said Snyder. They spend hours reading Giles’ special books for places to find vampires.

As it kept getting darker outside Snyder told them to walk towards the steps in front of the school. He had them look at the room lights of a big house not far from where they stood. “There are many places you could look,” said Snyder.

They wandered into an alley, “Do you think they’ll reveal themselves to be here?” he asked. Snyder breathed in deeply, “And are the vampires real? Do you know of anyone who might be a vampire? What sort of behavior should you look for in a vampire?”

“Can the vampire see where he or she is going in the dark?” Snyder looked at the drinks on a table. “Does a vampire say they are thirsty but when you offer them a drink do they refuse that drink?” asked Snyder.

He looked at colours of the drinks, “Does the colour red interest them more, and do thick red liquids interest the vampire even more than that? And what about taking a photograph of them with a flash?”

Snyder faced Xander, “Have you ever noticed that your friends have red eyes when a photograph is taken of them at night when you use a flash? Imagine folk that have red eyes for no reason?”

Buffy looked at some vampires as they walked near a street light.
Snyder grinned, “Take them for instance some get red eyes during
the day and some people see black eyes during the day. Yet some vampires have eyes that look like silver spots when the light reflects on them.”

“Do you know what has happened if the whole eye has gone red?” Xander grinned. “The vampire is a stupid one, fancy swimming in a pool that has been over-chlorinated,” said Xander.

He smiled as three very good looking girls walked across a lawn, each one of them had a blanket covering them from the shoulders down. “I’m sorry to say this to you guys, but can you please have a good look at them,” said Willow.

She felt disgust at what she had just said though she didn’t know why. Snyder looked under the blankets then stepped back as Buffy stepped forward, “They are not the clothes I wanted you to wear.”

“If I wore what you wanted me to wear what would I wear? The girl removed the blanket she was wearing to reveal a mini skirt and a top, ooh I look just like you Buffy.”

The Second girl removed her blanket, to reveal her dark blue denim jeans and her button up shirt. She smiled to Snyder.

The third girl faced Buffy. “You told that other girl off for not wearing the same as you wanted her to. I hope you won’t tell me off for not wearing any clothes.”

Xanders chin almost hit the ground as she removed the blanket. “Even though I am.” Xander looked to her he asked her if the fabric on her shoulder could slide onto the tops of her arms? Not for me you understand, it is for Willow,” he said innocently.

The girl slid the fabric onto her arms. “Like this?”

Snyder faced the students, “So which one looks like a vampire?”

- pause -

Each of the girls opened her mouth wide. Snyder told them that the clothes did not make them a monster. He continued by asking them if they had ever wondered why modern vampires get blood down their front and all over their chin.

They look at a photograph of a vampire that has just bitten a person and is covered in blood. Snyder grinned, “When in days of old they didn’t waste blood.

Nowadays that has a lot to do with the world having so many people living on it, wasting a few pints of blood isn’t much of a concern.

“Much has been said of a vampire not having children. Male vampires seem okay to have sex so the internals of a female must work as well,” said Buffy.

She thought of Spike and the happy days and slowly began to grin, Willow asked her about Darla and Connor. Buffy replied, “When vampires began, the first hundred or so of those clever vampire women, of which Darla was one.

They said that women vampire could not give birth, even a vampire knows of the pain of childbirth.

Xander looked to Buffy, “What do you know of vampires having souls?”
Buffy grinned, “Falacy no one has a soul, only the murderous people get a soul which is a miracle from God and no vampire has a soul except those cursed by humans, or blessed by God,” said Buffy.
