Oh wow. That’s a hard decision.

I could always just say some mundane non-fiction or normal world book and be really funny, hardeharhar, but instead I’ll say Altered Carbon.

In Altered Carbon, human minds/souls are essentially compressed into small discs called stacks. Those stacks can be put into a body and regardless of what you used to be, you can slot your stack into any body. So you can transform yourself simply by “plugging” yourself into another person.

It’s really ideal and romantic to me for some reason. Like normalized immortality or something.

Second choice would be Harry Potter because who doesn’t want to be a wizard or witch.
