Nope. Never heard of it. Seems like a mishaps are funny comedy. Not really my cuppa, but nothing wrong with it. If you liked it, i am glad you are getting a revisit. It is always nice to revisit old friends, especially if it is done well, respects the essense of the original and not too cringe inducing.

There were two DJ's talking on a local radio station about ; what would make for a better concertgoing experience ' and the first item was paper tickets. Other answers were better seating, a better answer than a row of porta-potties as washrooms and ability to actually see the stage.

There are worse things than the row of porta potties. I'm old enough to remember when the men's rooms at the Astrodome had troughs instead of urinals. They had space on all sides ao people were literally peeing in the direction of another person. It was truly horrible

yeah, in more than one place in the world, not so long ago, in still in some places pissoirs were troughs (or grates) in the floor over which women straddle, legs spread (and raise their frocks) . The idea that women will have a private toilet object is relatively new and far from universal. I am not sure which i prefer, a private stinky porta potty that I HAVE to touch the walls of b/c it's small, or an semi open space where I squat and touch nothing... this doesn't work for women in trousers, however. Modern female urinals seem to be taking trousers into account by accommodating most women's standing pee squat (which i think is what most women do in public facilities, for sanitary reasons, even if they have privacy)

When my mum was a teacher in the London (government run) schools in the 60s, many of them removed the doors from the toilets b/c the authorities didn't want girls to get up to mischief. Mum considered it barbaric. Particularly as young girls often experience menarche at school, and that is traumatic enough WITH privacy.

No, I don't think i want to have people peeing in my direction either. That sounds... dangerous, not to mention, un-private.

Jumpsuits are even worse than trousers, Sure, they may look nice, but once you go to the bathroom, you realise you need to strip mostly naked to do so. And, if it's a type with a neckline that clearly won't work with a regular bra - if you've seen 6 Underground, 2 wears a rather nice blue jumpsuit like that at one point - it's no longer mostly.

I owned exactly ONE jumpsuit back in the 1970s. It was denim, comfy, sexy and entirely impractical for loo going While i have zero shame about the nudity part in a women's restroom (we all got the same stuff), safety concerns me more. The vulnerability of being nude and unprotected while hobbled by one's clothes entirely put me off jumpsits. Being hamstrung by my own clothing in a public venue seems like an idiotic life choice. Pulling up pants is way less complex than getting arms into armholes and wriggling back into any jumpsuit.

I have often thought women's pant zippers should go down (and back) far enough that women (like men) dont have to take pants off to urinate.

If women designed pants they might.

EDIT:

@NotASlayer there is a reason i tend to wear mostly men's clothes Several, actually. Comfort. Being well made. Pockets. I refuse to be uncomfortable for fashion. I don't wear heels and a result my feet aren't properly deformed (narrowed by being forced into "women's" shoes. I can't wear most women's shoes, even when they come in big enough sizes. I love colour and enjoy pretty things but - nothing is worth hurting my body or being unsafe for. Thank god for gay men's clothing choices!

There are a growing number of online stores that sell women's clothes with pockets. And other practicalities. A while back I did a search for women's clothes with pockets. Apparently I dress like a lesbian. Close enough! I can live with this. 😎😼

Like how female designed skirts have pockets.
This week as been SO stressful.

Tuesday, my toddler almost broke my nose.

I was laying her down in her bed for the night, and right as I bent to kiss her forehead, she WHIPPED her hard little noggin up and nailed me full force in the face. I felt/heard this horrible CRACK and saw stars. There was a lot of blood.

I thought it was broken. Of course, my husband was at work, lol. He sent some friends over to check me out who were Navy corpsmen, and while it was really sore and bloody, it wasn't broken. Little girl had a bump on her head but was fine, too.

Little too exciting! lol

I'm also annoyed because as a woman with size 11 feet (US) trying to find nice shoes is HARD! 😭

I'm in a dilemma. I think I know which way I'll go, I think it'll be keep....
but I could make a lot of ££ by selling my cd collections!
What you possess, you own. What you dont, belongs to others and can be removed at any time. I remember no you tube. I remember free you tube. Now it is annoying unless you pay you tube.

I think a day is coming where any music not in your posession will require a rental fee (membership fee or other eupemism (lie)). If you don't posess it, you may not be able to access it. If it becomes politically incorrect (like one huge dire straits song) it might be banned by some government or corporation.

Some stuff i dont care, but if i care, i am getting 'real' copies.they dont have to be cds or dvds.just in my possession. It is why i have gone to the trouble to acquire mp3s of things not available on cd or vinyl.

People who buy (rent from amazon or audible) e books have already experienced withdrawal of books. Many record collectors have LPs that were withdrawn... But not before some people bought them...

What @DeepBlueJoy said, and also, I've heard that CDs are becoming popular again, like vinyl has been. So if you do decide to sell, you might want to wait a while, as prices may go up.
