Sounds like you've been reading one or two of my fan-fics.
About Willow being a Goddess, the writers thought of her as a Goddess when she made potentials into slayers, in season seven, but it wasn't stated in the series.
Did Buffy take down 1 or 2 Gods? that depends on what you mean by take down. If you mean kill, then none as she didn't kill Glory. Giles killed Ben who was her human appearence (prison).
Several other Gods were mentioned but none were stated as being Willow.

What? Willow is a goddess?? Are you referring to the season finale? Because I don't think it was ever clarified she was an actual goddess, it was just Kennedy's response to the spell.
