Angelus was a great character. Who was Larry, though?
Not sure I can properly rank these:

1. Angelus (season 4 of Angel)
2. Angel (on his own show only, not a fan of him on Buffy)
3. Spike
4. Andrew
5. Wesley

7. Jonathan
8. Giles
9. Lindsey
10. Xander

Riley can shrivel up and die.
 
1. Angel - can't help, I love his soul
2. Riley - OK, maybe it sounds a bit lame but I just can't help having butterflies in my stomach seeing his smile... *_*
3. Giles - I like his fatherly figure. He reminds me of my favourite teacher, as well. 🙂
4. Oz - coz I'm a biiiiiiiiiiiiig biiiiiiiiiig Willow x Oz - fan. 🙂
5. Xander - coz he's the funny guy. 🙂
6. Mayor Richard Wilkins III - funny as well. and I loved his smile and laugh. XD
7. Wesley - but only in Buffy season 3!!!!
8. Jonathan - coz he's a poor itzy - bitzy loser... 🙁
9. Principal Snyder - just to express that I even liked such a jerk more than Spike. 😛 (I'm sorry but can't help detesting the post - Dru Spike.)
10. Spike - coz I liked him a bit when he was with Drusilla.... That was a perfect match!
