Its different. Guess it depends on if you enjoy Riverdale as a trashy show. I think its decent enough trash, but lost interest when it went to 22 episodes and dragged out. Because 13 Reasons Why is a dramatic show which is meant to be dealing with a sensitive real life issue then for me it has more issues than Riverdale.

I didn't mean it as a critique. I think they intentionally play up some of the melodramatic soap and elements and have fun with it. Its watchable enough for me. I think the new Sabrina is a better example of a lighter Buffy type show. I enjoy that more than Riverdale on the whole.

oh i find sabrina a bit slow and strange unfortantelyits i thinks also the way to do with holist filmed swell u should try legacies cuz thats like buffy cuz like after few ep each ep is a different monster or thing they fight
 
I watched the first season of this and thought it was good. The next two, not so much but I kept going. I've seen part of the first episode for this season and decided it is one to watch for after lockdown. I'm sticking to more lighter shows right now (says the true crime addict).

Despite it being trash, I still can't stop watching Riverdale, Archie is just the worst but I can't stop.

Why is it the worse the trailer for season 4 looked not as good. Do you watch vampire diary, gossip girl, teen wolf, 100

So episode 8 is kind of a stinker, but episode 10 makes it all worth it.

I am at season four woman. I have been watching the bloody show day and night. Spend all day at work watching the damn thing.

Stinker is being generous. It was horrible. I think probably the worst episode of the series, honestly. It was very hammy and some of the effects looked horrible as well. When I envisioned the show, I assumed all of the episodes would be as cringe as this.

That is the thing that I found refreshing in the earlier seasons in that subsequent episodes actually informed on and improved those prior. I was surprised I liked the show as much as I did, although I wasn't fond of so many of the happy endings, but at least there was one that wasn't happy.

They could still easily make 13 More Reasons though.
