AUGH! *kicks a hole in the computer screen* NEED MORE!!!!!

Now look what you did; I was almost clean and you tossed me another joint. *sigh*

This is my main complaint about the comics...the wait is too damn long!!!

"I'd forgotten her excellent nose" :lmao:

Now that looks good. It looks like Whedon's going to tie everything up (the story, I mean, not Buffy), and make it all make sense. I knew that monkey was going to turn out to be important. Won't it be cool if it turns out to be a transformed Scoob, or something like that?

They keep changing the release date on this one. Does anybody know what the final word is on that? Usually the preview comes out within a week of the comic.

am i the only one that sees the foolishness of chaining a slayer to an easily breakable wooden chair?

and it seems Dark Willow doesn't want Buffy dead, she just wants to turn herself dark 😵

@N4H: the monkey does look abit like Xander.....ofcourse Xander could just look like monkeys....

Okay, so now I'm confused. What exactly is going on? I've read all the comics up until this point, but this preview panel has confused me. Any idea on what Future Willow wants exactly? If I understand correctly, she's been playing everyone against each other, but to what ends? Death? Her death? Someone elses? I got the impression that she wasn't very keen on living for as long as she has. Maybe it's part of the conequences for resurrecting Buffy- rip someone out of paradise and you never get to know it yourself. This is my least favorite arc purely for the fact that they keep posing more questions and putting off giving off any answers. Now we've gone from Nov 12 to the 19th? Gimme a break...

She may be part demon and there for able to live along time. For playing with such dark and evil magic TPTB could punish her live till her sins are atoned. Kill all magical people and then she can die and be at peace. My 3 guesses as to whats going on

This arc, the circumstances leading up to it, and the existing background events do seem to be working on her psychology big-time, and that's not surprising considering that appears to be the plan of attack of both Twilight, and Future Willow, not to mention bit players like Sephrillian. Also there's general stress, and culture shock involved here. But yeah, she does seem off-balanced at least, and there does seem to be an intention by the writer to display it. It makes Buffy appear out of her depth.

Yeah, I notice that too. The only thing I could think of is that they changed the date so Buffy #19 and ANGEL After the Fall #14 will be out on the same day.

Which would make my crossover theory correct

agreed with ya. Just seems like they are trying too hard to make her air head Buffy of yore.

Willow says she's remembers an extraction attempt... theoretically maybe it worked "originally" (I so hate time travel). Maybe that was a huge mistake, maybe this is where Willow has decided she can change it all.

Though if that's true, that means willow was evil anyways in the future, buffy came, but good willow got her back, which thus alterted history and good willow became evil and remembered that as good willow she got buffy back, and then stil lbecame evil willow (either out of evilness, or goodness because being evil would preserve her and allow her to change the past) decided that that was bad, and thus is going to try extra hard to make sure it doesn't happen again.... because of how ridiculous that paragraph sounds, I hope I'm wrong.

Oz! His return or his death.
Think about it.Willow and Oz are pals, even if they aren't dating. What would his death cause Willow to do? Go dark.
And what if his death was because of Buffy.
Removing Buffy from the scene,Oz might stand a chance.
That might be what Dark Willow's plan is. Saving Oz.
