It would've been nice to have a non-caucasion in the main cast of Buffy I guess, but Charisma is terrific as Cordelia, she owns that role. Spot-on casting in my opinion.

I don't see anybody doing as well, but know knows. 🙂

Ya I'm glad Bianca Lawson turned down Cordy. I would have loved more diversity on the show but I just don't think BL is a very good actress at all. She's decent in supporting roles and was good as Kendra, but I just can't see her as Cordy, and CC just absolutely rocked that role.

Katie Holmes and Ryan Reynolds? Lol, I would never have watched that show 🙂

I can't even imagine them in the show. That would be terrible.

No, I dodged that bullet, thankfully. Not really a Glee fan anyway.
I was thinking more of her sitcom roles, where she had decent comedic timing. Nothing spectacular, but not too bad.

I love the Britney Spears episode of Glee! But I just like her music and I did think her appearance on HIMYM was funny.

I don't think anyone watches Buffy and assumes SMG is doing all the stunts. If we can't see her face then it's probably not her. SMG got famous for acting in Buffy and movies like Cruel Intentions, not stunts. I don't think Sophia looks like SMG I can always tell, but it doesn't bother me or take me out of the action.

Yes he did seem to overreact a tad with all this, and yes BTVS didn't suffer without him, but I missed Sophia as the main stunter as she had fantastic fighting style and she really did pass well for SMG at a distance.

I have great respect for stunt work, especially in something of this nature.

I have great respect for stunt work too, I even used to want to work with it. It's elaborate hissy fits that bug me 😉

Interesting I actually felt the opposite, I always thought Sophia's style was too Sophia, so to say, and it was always easy to tell her apart from Sarah. I preferred when Michelle Waitman and Melissa Baker took over, I thought they were better at blending 🙂

Really agree with this.
In S5 I noticed right away how much better the stunt doube work was and the fighting style seemed a lot more unique. More 'slayer-fu' 🙂

Many more cartwheels, spinkicks and acrobatics instead of just straight up basic Tae Kwon Do stuff.

As soon as I saw it I thought 'that's how a super-powered cheerleader should fight!' 😉
