$275 for a ticket to a convention...

it should..

i had no idea it costed that much to go to a convention...i thought it was like 5 bucks a pop....

damn...i guess i'll never be able to go to a convention...
 
and then there's hotel arrangements and transportation... I'll probably only be going to one in my life.
 
I've been to two so far. Had to pull out of 2 in May due to work commitments.

Which convention is costing $275 a ticket?
 
Yup - *eek* at the price - Thank God the conventions here in the UK don't cost that much 🙂
 
Im going to the Harvest in London and ive also booked for next years which is called Destiny which is also in London and im not kidding its alot of money being spent on this but its all worth it, i just have to put aside getting new clothes or anything new for about a million years 😀
 
hehe for a chance to like even see someone famous i would pay 275 no problem our class trip to boston costed us 700 dollars so i could shell out 275 and hell if i gotta i'll sleep in the car, but i dont think i'll ever be able to go to a convention hell mom wont let me go to a concert for my favorite philly station!
 
wow $275 is a lot of money, I am with you I guess conventions are not in my near future,

To those who went, what are they like? are they worth the money?
