3.03 Faith, Hope and Trick

I liked this episode... Faith came in and she's really sweet and she was really funny... Was kinda annoyed with her when she didnt get her butt over to help Buffy but had a little to much fun with a vampire.... And it was fun to hear her tell stories and so... Hilarious...

"Are you hungry?"
"Starving..."- Buffy and Faith

"You arent mad?"
"No then I would do that sound with my teeth." - Willow and Giles

"You're Buffy right? Im Faith.... Can I borrow that?.... Thanks B, I couldnt have done it without you..." - Faith

"You are banished from school but not from our hearts. What do you have?" - Xander

"You didnt tell me you died..."
"Only for a few minutes..." - Joyce and Buffy

"If I knew he was this cute I would emidetly asked for a transfer..."
"All raise your hand for 'ewww'" - Faith and Buffy

"Look, now she's getting along with my frise..." - Buffy

"I think what my daughter is trying to say is: na na na na na..." - Joyce
 
Actually the quotes (i think but dont quote me on this) goes like this:

Xander: Ah, Buffy; banned from school but not from our hearts how are ya and whats for lunch


Faith: If I knew they came that young and handsome I would have requested a transfer
Buffy: Raise your hand if eww

That eppie did rock! Faith totally kicked them vamps asses! Plus her stories were funny

Xander: And was this also nude?
Faith: Well... The alligator was
 
The ep was great...and Angel was naked!!!...we couldnt't see a lot of him,but it was enough lol...mmm,Angel:: red :: ::drool::
Faith was pretty c ool in this ep,...well,she's always cool lol...and Buffy is stupid(don't ask)
 
This was a great episode. It was so different how they introduced Faith compared to how they introduced Kendra. You could tell straight away that Faith was different. She really had a love for violence and they showed that really well. The tension between the 2 slayers when they were patroling was great and they had some great lines:

Faith: What are you getting so strung out for, B?
Buffy: Why are your lips still moving, F?
Faith: Did I just hear a threat?
Buffy: Would you like to?

I was a bit dissapionted with Buffy when she was explaining how she killed Angel. I know she's emotionally strong but a few tears would have helped.
 
I loved this eppie! It was really nice to see Faith and I like those quotes you wrote, Em. 😉
 
I liked this episode.. I thought it showed a good introduction for Faith, seeing her kicking the vamps ass, it was surprising the way she appeared.. and funny when Oz was all like.. "I'm gonna go out on a limb and say there's a new slayer in town" Thumbs up for this episode!! Faith Kicks Ass!! 😀
 
The way Faith was introduced was class, it clarified a lot and we knew she was going to be great to watch her go through the season.
 
Faith is a bitch! She comes out seeming all cool, then she makes friends with buffys fries! what type of feind does that? GRRRRR! Well I like the fact that at least she likes to fight, thats respectable.
 
Now I actually hate Faith. I dont like her so much after the whole magic mitten thing. ::grrr:: Faith...
 
Yea..this was an awesome episode...there was some really great dialog!

I loved when faith was first slaying the vamp and shes all "Can I borrow that?"
Willow's "you really do have to lighten up B. Uffy." was great too.
Good way to bring in Mr. Trick as an important character too.

The whole scott thing bothered me but I'm not going to get into that.
And it was a little lacking in explainage of why Angel could just come back.

But overall a hilarrious episode, and Faith kicks major ass. Plus the whole Xander lusting after Faith was great.
 
I thought that Faith was a little bit out of character at the end of the episode when she became really scared and ran away from Kakistos. I just don't see her doing that later in the season. She doesn't really use too much caution in battle anyways.
 
I think that's the point though. It was to show that she isn't infallible and that there IS somehting that scares her
 
Did you guys notice that how faith, says that slaying makes you hungry and horny? Well, in season one, ep. 12 prophecy girl, at the end of the ep. after buffy slays the master, and they are all exiting from the library you can hear buffy say "God I am hungry!" It is subtle humor, but it's there.
 
I loved that episode. Faith was really kool then. I don't really like her too much after that episode to be honest, she was kool and all, but something about her annoyed me.
But that episode was great anyway!
 
yeah, i like faith a lot in early season three but her attitude starts to bug me in consequences
