Willow was commenting on the towels hanging on the cage as being for Oz's privacy. Xander says something about being able to handle seeing the full monty and Willow responds that the towels are more for her because she can barely handle half monty. That was funny.

Xander falls asleep while watching Oz. ::sleep:: He flat out laid down on the table and didn't even try to stay awake. Bad Xander!

I felt really bad for Oz when he thought that he might have killed someone.

When Buffy is shocked to see Angel in the woods... First time I watched this, I was almost as shocked as Buffy... I had forgotten about him coming back from hell in the previous episode.

I was bummed that Mr. Platt got killed. He seemed cool.

It was funny when Buffy accidentally shot Giles with the dart gun.

When Pete climbed out of the window, it seemed kind of obvious that the actor stuck his hand back inside at the last minute to rub some of the fake blood on the wall for Buffy to see and follow.

WILLOW: I put those towels up for privacy.

XANDER: Uh, no worries. I can handle the Oz Full Monty. (SNIP)

WILLOW: (acts nervous) Well, it's not for you. It's for me, 'cause I'm still getting used to half a Monty. : pain3:

BUFFY: Buffy Summers reporting for sanity.

BUFFY: (talking about Mr. Platt) He definitely marches to the beat of his own drummer. Uh, actually, I think he makes his own drums.

i thought the same thing his arm was already out the window so why put it back in? but i don't think it was that obvious i just noticed it the third time i saw it

Isent this the episode with that weird jekyll and hyde type character??

^ i love that

i just watched it yesterday and was cracking up, because my boyfriend's name is Pete. I was telling him about the episode and that everytime they said "Pete this, pete that" i couldnt help but laugh.

So... he killed Debbie in the end, right?

Yeah, he killed Debbie in the end and then Angel killed Pete. That was really the only way that episode could go because if Buffy had been left with the choice to kill him or not, I don't think she would have. And was Pete actually a demon? He had a reaction to the drugs he was making and he became extra strong and freakishly aggressive, but no demon entered his body, the drugs didn't open him up to anything like that....

Well technically he was part demon. It's the Jekyll and Hyde thing Extreme Sports style. At first he needed the potion to change him into a demon, but eventually he didn't need it anymore 'did just fine on his own', so yes in a way the demon that was technically in the potion eventually became a part of him.

It's kinda like Doyle and his half demonyness only Pete was more evilly inclined and came by his by unnatural means.

In the script they refer to him 'turning into a Rage Demon' so I think it's safe to say that he is part demon now even if he didn't start off that way. But he was also still part human which made the whole 'slay or not to slay' thing complicated. Hence the nicely shocking ending of Angel killing him as, like Jules said, it was the only possible way that storyline could end.

Hmmmmmmmmmm let's see...

Angel

R0ID RAGE demon

werewolf

cautionary tale of domestic violence

quite a bit was going on here.

R.I.P. Dr. Platt...

really cool character, killed off waaaaaaaay too soon.

don't think the discovbery of what Buffy does would've have freaked him out.

nice brawl between Oz and Pete, in their monster forms.

"Time's up, Rules Change."

Fight...Fight...FIGHT!!

I liked this episode, but one question. That probably has an easy answer, but i'm not so bright. ::huh1::

Oz wakes up, the window is open, and the gang fear he may have escaped, and killed someone.
Why would the werewolf return to it's cage? If it wanted out so bad, why come back?

Good question, I never thought about that, there's no logical answer for it because when Oz is a werewolf he looses all logic and just reacts on instinct. No wild animal is going to return to captivity if its out its cage.

^ Yeah I never understood why they considered Oz to be a suspect. Every time we see the werewolf caged, it wants out. It finally gets its chance, and it comes back. I don't buy that.

I think the whole Oz being in his cage yet still locked up the next morning was to throw the audience off and make us think Oz had killed that poor guy out in the woods. Its more of a logical loop hole to make the story in to a twist as we didn't know Pete, Debby or Angel would be involved at that point.
