Day 6 : Your favorite comedy film?
La Cité de La Peur (1994). It's so good I'm sad for the non French speakers who can't enjoy it fully 😛 One of my favourite films of all time, I grew up watching and quoting it with my friends.
My second choice would also be a French one: La Tour Montparnasse Infernale which is a brilliantly executed suuuper dumb parody of Die Hard. Kinda reminds me of the style of Dumb and Dumber.
Movies I feel deserve more love: Sisters (2015), Rough Night (2017) and A Mighty Wind (2003).

I'm really struggling to remember films that would fit here. Like I'm sure I've seen plenty I've enjoyed even though it's not my usual genre but I'm drawing a blank. I'll say Rocky for now because it's a classic.

Loads of laugh out loud comedies that I love. I'll give the nod to South Park here. We watched that so many times back in the day.

The First Wives Club, even though it also makes me cry during one specific moment in it. This is what a real movie about strong women looks like, to me. If it wasn't for the many scenes that make me sob like a little baby, I might have gone with Steel Magnolias, too.

Day 5 : Your favorite drama film?
Scenes From a Marriage. A Berman masterpiece where a couple that were soulmates divorce and marry other people but still want to get back together. A long movie (181 minutes) and the movie plays out much darker than the screenplay reads.
