With both these couples I hated the execution more than the idea; which I guess is what matters in the end. I think Cangel had a lot more potential though, and it was done very badly by making Cordelia too martyr-y and got rid of her spiky personality.

Hot d to the o to the g!

Neither Buffy/Parker nor Cordy/Connor made the list. I am a happy Spanky.

Gotta agree with the two Buffyverse choices. I liked Sam and Rachel though. Being with him seemed to honor Finn.

Oh boy do I disagree with this!! Finn was my favorite character on Glee and Samchel my biggest notp. Not because I had sonething agaisnt the pairing itself but because it felt like they wanted to recreate finchel and just replace Finn/Cory with Sam/Chord which felt like a slap in the face. I cheered when Rachel ended up with Jesse.

I just think that because Finn never liked Jesse, Rachel isn’t exactly honoring Finn by being with him. Sam is like Finn a lot so it is like a replacement, but at least Sam cared about Finn.
Btw I agree on Finn being the best character. Or he’s at least the best guy. Cory’s story is too damn sad🙁

I mean, yup. Good picks. I'm not over Jake and Alison either for that matter!

Really disagree on Booth and Hannah though, I thought they were great! Lorelai and Digger really work too.

Excusez-moi, what?
DEXTER AND DEB, DEXTER
The only thing more gruesome than the trail of bodies Dexter left in his wake? His physical relationship with his adoptive sister, of course.

Did that really happen? Did they hook up? I knew the actors dated, but I must've stopped watching at this point in the series...

D & D from Dexter weren't blood relations.
Well there's a whole load of shows I haven't seen. Maybe I avoid relationship heavy shows? But yes Angel and Cordelia was awful and deserves a place on the list.

No it did not, I have no idea why they wrote that! He never had any romantic feelings for her!

I don't think Cangel was that bad, they are way worst TV couples out there then them! If the writing had been better, it could have been good even epic!

Oh and I really don't agree about the Walking dead one!!!

Good! Haha, show about serial killer and that's what weirded me out :P

I get it. I guess for me they honored Finn plenty of other ways on the show. I cared more about them respecting Cory which is why I had problems with what they did with Sam. I’m not sure I would say he was the best character because I did have my problems with some of the writing. But I related a lot to his insecurities and Cory made him so endearing to me!

Fool for Buffy
Fool for Buffy
Yeah I also related to Finn/ Cory's insecurities a lot
Ahhh the infamous Nikki & Paulo who were retconned into the cast of Lost in season 3 and then rather humorously dispatched later that same season.

Compared to some abominations on that list, Willow/Kennedy don't deserve to be there, that relationship didn't pretend to be more than it was in my eyes.

Good picks for Buffyverse, but I after a recent rewatch of s7 Willow/Kennedy wasn't as bad as I initially thought. I give them some slack.

Disagree about Hannah/Booth. They were cute together and Booth deserved some happiness.

But, I really disagree with Rachel/Joey, as much of a Rachel/Ross shipper that I am, something about Joey/Rachel just works, and I always find myself pulling for them when I watch that part of the show.
I honestly would have been perfectly fine with a Rachel/Joey ending. Although I'm happy they went with the OG, but I wouldn't have been upset at all with Rachel/Joey.

What I can't believe is how the hell did Jackie/Fez not make this list? They are way worse than like half the pairings on this list lol.

Agree about Jackie and Fez, what a bad endgame!
Totally agree on the Buffyverse ones.

Some pairings don't belong on the list, because they were never supposed to work or be an example of a healthy/good/lasting relationship, like, for example, Joey/Rachel. The writers always meant for that pairing to show how sometimes close friends hook up but it never lasts and it usually comes from them misinterpreting their love for romantic instead of platonic.

I wholly disagree with Niles/Daphne, how dare they! Total OTP!

Are you saying that Joey/Rachel = Angel/Cordy?

Are you saying that Joey/Rachel = Angel/Cordy?
No because the difference is in the intelligence of the Friends writers versus the lack of that in the Angel writers, at least if you ask me. Cangel was clearly meant to last but was unable to due to other reasons than choice on the writers part.
