There are too many: so i'll just go with the big Graduation day battle.

Honorable mentions are Angel losing his soul and his sacrifice. But i'll go with a happy triumph moment.
 
Day Twenty - Favorite High School Moment
I'm a sucker for the film-making aspect of shows, so I'm gonna go with the 'one long shot' from Anne when Willow, Oz, Xander, and Cordelia are returning for their senior year at the school.

Day Twenty-Three - Saddest Death
I mean, the entire episode surrounding Joyce's death makes me cry, but if we're saying 'I am sad that this character is no longer with us', then that would be Tara, who was far more integral to the gang, IMO, than Buffy's mom.
