The one in the Episode Becoming when Buffy fights her first vampire and slays him. When Buffy realizes the power she has.
 
Day Twenty-Eight - Favorite Monster of the Week Episode
Uh, isn't that the same as favorite episode? I guess, unless your favorite is a finale or part of a two-parter? Anyway, my answer is the same as my favorite episode, in all.
