This is by far the funniest Angel episode there has ever been. First off, Fred is a druggie! Come on, that's more laughter than the human body could possibly handle. Who else loved when Lorne just woke up for a second, looked at the camera and said:
"I know I'm still unconcious during this point of the story, but can you believe these mooks?"😛

Then they did that awesome frozen-scene with Fred, Gunn, & Wesley while Lorne talked about what really happened at the end of "Supersymmetry". Gunn didn't know... & Fred didn't know... & Wesley didn't know... That was a very informative moment, I must say.

Another hilarious quote of Lorne after the show came back on from a commercial:
"Well those were some exciting products. Am I right? Let's all think about buying some of those."

That was a good one.
Then Angel starts freaking out when he goes outside and sees all the "demon" cars. Nothing's funnier than his face at that moment.:: tu ::

Anyway, I could go on & on about all the funny parts, but there are way too many. Those are the ones I can remember. Come on, who didn' t love this episode? But the end was kinda said. And, holy crap, did anybody else see the preview for next weeks episode. I'm absolutely sure I saw Lilah dressed up Fred-like, and she & Wesley were, you know...
But other than that, next episode looks scary. Angel is rockin' this season.:: tu ::

This episode was so frickin' hilarious! 😀 Who would have known Fred went for weed? LOL And when Cordy was spazzing about her hair. That's the Cordelia that I love. Oh, this was just great! I'm really looking forward to next week's episode. It looked very intriguing. 😀

Yes it was hilarious... even while i was trying to explain material science homework to others and even though my roommate was proclaiming it the worst thing she'd ever seen. Obviously she has no taste. 🙂 I bet it will be even better if I watch it by myself.

Three words first. Wesley, Head Boy. I should have known!! hehe😛 😛 Anyway, this ep was really funny. Fred smoking weed in high school? It's always the quiet ones. I liked the talk that teenage Angel and Connor had. It was pretty good. All in all, great ep!!😀 😀

And Angel being smart for once and telling the 'I love you' truth, and Cordy's "We were in love" (sniffle, sigh)

The Lorne out-takes were awesome, totally remembered why I couldn't stand Wesley back in the day. Not quite enough high school Cordy (Hello, Salty goodness!). Fred as pothead - well, what else can you do in San Anton'? Any chance someone could just step on Connor and get rid of him once & for all? If W&H killed him it could be a great set-up for Wesley to come back to the AI fold. Do the prophecies specify he has to be living? Sorry Vincent, I don't really mean it.

The Connor/Angel/Holtz thing worked OK in Season 3, but since Angel kicked him out of the hotel, all he's been used for is random violence and a few flashes of adolescent angst. Well, maybe as the season progresses...

This was the greatest Angel episode ever!!! I was laughing my arse off!! I kind of missed the Wesley of old...now I know why(Head Boy!!), and pothead Fred---"maybe we can still score some weed!" My only problem with it is that I didn't tape it....Oh well, I guess that I have to wait for re-runs...Hey, is the high school Gunn/Wesley fight, a harbinger of things to come??

Man, is there ANY episode Joss Whedon directed that wasn't good? Plenty of Buffy elements in this episode. For instance, the spells, the circle formation, and let's not forget the amnesia (back in Tabula Rasa). Also, seeing the old, unconfident Wes and Cordelia calling Angel 'salty goodness' like back in the first season of BTVS. Joss truly avoided the usual dark, brooding atmosphere of the show and brought more humor and light into it.

Okay... fist of all... WILL CONNOR PLEASE STOP HITTING ON CORDY AND VICE VERSA! Okay, now that that's out of my system, again with the ew. Please... just STOP with them as a couple! Wrong on SO many levels, and the way they're going, makes me think that they actually might hook them up together... EW!

Fred with the weed was absolutely hilarious. When my group and I first heard it, we all did a double take and were like... wait a minute... did she just say what I think she said?

Bumbling Wesley, proud of being Head Boy... just hilarious. Reminds me of Percy from Harry Potter.

And Angel with "The English" that was great. And Cordy checking her boobs, Fred too. "And I... haven't filled out."

So what was with the giant red monster devil-looking guy that Cordy saw? Does she still have visions? She and Aangel had better get together... but she said "Yeah, we were" not "we are" Gah.

And What was with Lorne telling the whole story to no one anyway?

The big red monster--devilish-guy is the season's big bad... No. Lorne was telling the story to a group of people(didn't you hear them off-camera?) Oh well...

This episode was just classic....I was falling out of my seat laughing. I guessed that the reason that the spell got messed up was because Cordy smashed the thing in the middle and so it only got to the high school year's of their life. ..however, what I was wondering was, why didn't it affect Lorne? I guess he was impervious, being demon and all.

Or maybe the spell wasn't supposed to affect the person casting it.

Oh my this was b far the best this season. I think mainly because Cordelia finally remembers everything. But I have to say although it was very funny at places it was still very dark at times...actually a lot of the time. I loved it.
And Angel knows that Cordy loved him...and maybe will love him again or even better still loves him. OOOhhh I'm so exited can't wait for the next episode. I always get so giddy after watching angel it's like a natural high or something!!!

What a hilarious episode. I loved it totally. Good ol' Cordy! And Fred! So so funny. But I have a few questions. If they reverted back to like they were in high school days, wouldn't Cordy know Angel and even Wesley?

One more comment...does anyone else notice that there are a lot of parallels with Buffy?? Connor being sorta like the whiney Dawn, and this ep with the memory thing kinda like Tabula Rasa - alhough I do see the difference...BtVS they lost their entire memory - Angel they just reverted to their old selves. But still similar. Especially the part where Angel realizes he's a vampire - like when Spike didn't know he was a vampire.

Overall, I'm loving this season and can't wait to see where it goes.

It was a great episode, but it did make me think of some other buffy episodes.
When Angel went outside and saw the cars and thought they were demons, buffy did the exact same thing back in s2.

I'm really liking this season except for Connor.

i don't know why, but i expected more from the episode..
not that it was bad, it was pretty funny. and wesley's arm thing was cool.
it was a strange episode, maybe a little better than 'tabula rasa'.

It was pretty cool, especially with Wesley back and the action sequence in which Connor saved the hooker, was sooo cool, real nice music too!
