50 Cent Loses Followers on Twitter

I'm sure some of you have heard but for those of you who haven't here's the deal.

After a video surfaced of a guy performing sexual intercourse with another man, one of them committed suicide. 50 Cent heard about this and commented on the matter via Twitter.

"If you a man and your over 25 and you don't eat pu**y just kill your self damn it. The world will be a better place. Lol"

So, since this little outburst, many of his followers were trying to get him to explain or whatever, and he just simply says that he will not take it back. (you can see some of his other tweets on his page)

Since then he has lost around 2,000 followers. The number keeps growing.

Now I just want to say that whatever sexual preference anyone prefers is their own business. I am a gay woman myself. It is just sad that we have people like Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson who applaud this hate.

I'm glad I was never following him. I can't believe anyone would make a statement like that, particularly in light of what has just happened. I hate 50 cent and this is one of the many reasons why.

This is just really appalling. Even more disappointing. I listen to him a lot, watch his interviews regularly and he always came off as rather intelligent and decent. I just read a page full of his tweets and I'm afraid he doesn't appear to be either of those things. combined with the guns he has on display as his background, it's a lot of negativity from one place.

yeah a friend of mine keeps insisting he was just joking about it, but I ask, Why did he have follow up tweets about it? This is not funny. Worst sense of humor ever.

Yeah even if it was just a joke, which he says in one of his latest tweet, it's still awful. It's not funny. It's ridiculous that over 3 million people would follow garbage like that.

I'm surprised by this and disappointed. I think it is rude to comment on anything in such a serious matter with a joke or rude statement such as this.
I guess 50 cent can be called ignorant or many other names but the truth is he is just rude it is in no way his business to comment on other people lives or there personal choices.
No wonder why the world has so much hate these days if a icon says something like this.

Oh wow.... I didn't follow him in the first place, but good for the people who have decided he's not worth their time. I am appalled that he would think it would be appropriate to joke about the situation that happened with that boy and the webcam video... It just shows how classless he is.

Well he's never been to prison lol but I get ya'll point...anyways me and 50 were both born in the same area...knowing the type of place he comes from..gay is not accepted as easy in a neighborhood where you have to act tuff (manly) to survive or just simply not have a harder time than what it is already

50s deceased mother was actually gay and i'm sure he loves his mother..but you could see he's stuck in the ignorance of which he was brought up on

I wouldn't go crazy trying to hate a ignorant person since they simply don't know better but you definitely shouldn't support these people...hopefully by losing supporters it will wake him up to his ignorance...but it's hard to change a person after so long
