So, what'd you guys do this week to pass the time?

I made a sorta pledge before we closed down that I would not watch any Buffy or Angel this week, since I didn't want to watch without being able to discuss stuff with y'all. But I admit that I didn't go completely Whedon-less. I started watching Firefly! For my first time ever. It took me a little bit to get into it, but now I'm totally hooked! I think I'm on ep 5. I also checked in at Whedonesque multiple times per day, and read some stuff over at Buffyfest too. Also, that hilarious blog on the fashion stylings of BtS.

I went to france, and indulged in a lot of retail therapy. And then worked. And today I am recovering from a killer migrane.

All in all, not a bad week (except now I have to deal with a lack of money) 🙂
 
I talked alot with people from the boards. The week off made me have to find other ways of talking with them, and it actually made me really get to know and make friends with some awesome people on here 🙂

Mostly school. *sigh* I did get through seasons 3-4 of Angel, and am almost midway through season 5! Other than that, you know "the regular". Climbing Mt. Everest (twice in a row, blind-folded), bungee jumping from the grand canyon, and becoming the first human being to successfully build a time machine. *deeper sigh* Oh, and I also made some smores! Yummy! 😀

I hung out on other forums, had a really good time. I realised how much I had missed hanging out with my friends on other forums. I also spent a saaaad amount of time on Australia's Next Top Model forums. Oooh, and I read a lot of fashion blogs. It's been a good week!
 
I had a lot going on... I had finals to study for, a trip to plan for and then go on, and then a house that had to be cleaned. When I did get on the computer, I just spent time on some other forums that I'm a member of, and created a LOT of new art. 🙂
 
I spent a really sad amount of time watching Project Runway and playing video games. Thought I'd start reading a little more again but couldn't get myself to which really annoyed me.

Wow. I DID leave the house, I swear!
 
hmm.. has it really been a week already? i spent time on othforums (like i do everyday, as well) and spent a good amount of time with my new boy. 🙂 which i will continue to do.. so.. umm.. other than not getting my buffy-boards fix.. its been pretty much an average week..

oh, and i made a list of buffy episodes in order during english on tuesday. 138/144. 🙂

I did a lot of studying and life-planning 🙂 Also spent a lot of time with my Brother's Grimm book and reminiscing my childhood (I love those fairytales)

"Fortunately", I had exams so I didn't think too much about the forum, but in my spare time, I started watching Angel (because I still haven't seen the whole serie, shame on me) and regretted it because I couldn't come here to talk about the episodes I had just seen!:eek2:
 
Well lets see...I went apartment hunting. A LOT. Almost everyday. Finally found something and I got aproved *go me!* Also worked 40 hours at my main job and 10 hours at my internship at the lab. Started reading Amber Bensons 'Among the Ghosts' (which is actually really really good considering it's a childrens/independant reader). After all of my busy days, I would watch a few episodes of Angel. Got through the rest of season 2 and all of season 3. Just started season 4 last night....ha! and I thought I wouldn't make it without BB. Actually I did check at least once to make sure I wasn't wrong about the day it would be back online.
 
I took up *serial* killing.

**(Holds up a Season Four box set of "Reba" and hacks away at it with a a machete)**

Very therapeutic.

Ooh, I forgot that I re-read some of Buffy Season 8 that I'd already read, finished volume 5, and am starting on vol 6 (Retreat). Don't know what the heck I'm going to do about it after that since my local library doesn't have any issues beyond that. Guess I'll have to stalk the local used bookstore, because I am NOT buying 30+ issues brand new!

Exactly, that's why I resisted- and won! Although, not really since now I have to find the time to go discuss Firefly, the season 8 issues I've read, and 2 Buffy season 4/angel season 1 eps I watched last night. Aack!!

I'm gonna re-read them all too once S8 ends. I have a friend that lets me read them from him so I'm waiting until the last issue comes out so I can buy the whole season. If they even group issues together like that... not really sure how that works, lol. These are the only comics I've ever cared about 😛
 
I spent a lot of time sorting my finances out and the rest of the time was spent pretty much doing some work ready for going back to university, so far i have made a website for my friend's society and i have been learning how to make dynamic websites in ASP.NET.
God my life is exciting! lol
