Not, I don't think, after just a few days, unless there was an undeniable surety that there was no other food available, and rescue would be, at best, an extremely long time away. Most normally healthy people can go considerably more than just a couple of days without food with no dangerous side effects.

Assuming that the one chance in ten that the priest offers is the best option that we are apt to get before it's too late, I think that I would go for it.

3. You're offered eternal life, but first you have to drink the blood of a vampire bat...while it's alive. Do you? Just eternal life, or does that also include eternal youth and good health? Remember the Greek myth about the grasshopper?

Sure. But I don't think that the deal would o through, once the producers figured out how much money they would have to pay people to watch me naked.

Hillary Clinton. Of course, there are those who might point out that performing such a sacrifice would actually be fulfilling one of my heart's desires...

That would depend on whether I was playing poker or visiting a college girls' dorm.

It would be an even toss up between Plant or Richards, I don't know enough about either of them to have a preference. Ozzy, however, supposedly sizzed in the Alamo while visiting San Antonio, Texas. That would make him a close second to Hillary on my human sacrifice list.

Also because my inner demon is good mates with Jimmy Page (he and Robert Plant were in Led Zeppelin together) also because Jimmy Page is into dark magic, I mean look at where he lives and the very demonic history of the house. Have a listen to Stairway to Heaven backwards, it says about his house ( the Shed ) and goes on about his love of Satan.

Yes. Also, if I was the one dead, I would not be bothered that they ate my remains and would consider them silly not to.

That really depends on specifics. I'm going to assume that the specifics in this case is that the demon makes life impossible for the child and the child is in torment, and that a death by exorcism frees the child's soul. In that case, yes, because there are worse things than death.

That said, it's distressing how many kids are killed in exorcisms by idiots, and I personally know those who have been ritually abused as kids in so-called exorcisms.

Again, I'd need specifics (for example, does this kill the bat, and also what are the conditions of this "eternal life"?). I'd probably need to think about this a long time anyway, even if this eternal life kept me young, healthy, and adaptable, especially if I would watch those I loved grow old and die over and over again (an aspect that I always wondered how the Mayor dealt with).

But one thing scares me so much worse than death...and that's not being able to die.

Had to look up what this show is about and only read enough to get the gist of it. I don't think so...but would for $50,000. Though right now, as me and mine are facing a lot of extra bills from schools and repairs, I might, if suddenly offered to me...

Now I'm asking myself, what is my heart's desire? 😀 In all likelihood, no. But under the right circumstances, maybe, and this includes what I thought of the "dark witch" and the choices available to me at the time in addition to what exactly was being offered to me. Perhaps if I knew what my heart's desire was (at least the one thing I'd choose over everything else)...

Mind reading. I'd also be braced for scaring myself so bad that I run off to become a hermit, especially if I couldn't turn it off.

Out of those 3, I'll have to go with Robert Plant, but I'm not a fan of any (I don't mind listening to them, it's just not something I go out of my way to).

Nope, vegetarian remember. Plus eternal life sounds good, but I'm not sure it really would be, out living everyone you love. And once you'd done everything there was to do, what do you do then?

Well in practical terms this wouldn't be easy. I don't actually want to kill anyone, but getting near to someone who could possibly deserve to be murdered would be difficult, so I think I'll pass on this one.

Invisibility, because I could over hear what people were saying, plus go places I wouldn't otherwise get to go

Keith Richards. Wrote some classis songs, has had an amazing life, just seems so interesting.

There is nothing I desire that would be worth a life. There is no one I would want to be karmically connected to by my own act of murder.

Mind reading. Invisibility means someone could accidentally shoot you, run over you or just end up being in danger with everything you don't see.
