when we see each of the girls on their quest to win RJ in a split-screen thing. Did anyone else love this? It was so cheesy and self-mocking, I thought it was great.

I don't suppose the music used in that scene was released on any of the Buffy soundtracks?

That was so funny. Especially the part where you see Spike tryna stop Buffy from killing Principal Wood in the backround. Lol And Willow tryna turn him into a girl is funny. And I like the part where Zander and a Spike steal his jacket.

It had the feeling of the filler episodes in Season 2 and was something of a reprieve from the unremitting doom of Season 7. The split-screen montage was great - it captured the idea that it was a race among the girls to do something to attract RJ. It also showed that Willow was still the most selfish and destructive force above ground and had not learned anything after Season 6.

She was under a spell...Buffy was going to blow up the principal. That is 10 times more destructive in my opinion. Killing a man is destructive, it can't be undone. If Willow had succeeded they could have reversed the spell. None of them were in their right mind.

The whole episodes is hilarious, but this was a high point. 🙂 Terrific prelude to much, much more serious episodes. My favorite part has to be when Spike tries to save Wood. The music in Wood's office was hilariously perfect.
