Jediism exists. There are actually two churches; one in England, and one in Texas. It may sound strange to worship a philosophical concept introduced in movies. But is worshipping 2,000 year old books any less strange when you think about it?
Anyway, I think the pantheon of the Buffy/Angel-religion should be called the Powers That Be, consisting of several Higher Beings, while our Satan is definitely called the First Evil. Priests of the Church could be called Watchers. Our scriptures are all canon materials.
What they teach us?
- Equality between man and woman.
- Family is not based who you are related to.
- What else?

I think we pretty much has gone half the way. Not quite a religion yet, but later on perhaps. Joss is out God, and anything he touches becomes our worshipping.
