I tell you who I love though - Bill O'Reilly.

Not because I like him, but because the guy is a complete jackass. Seriously, I could see him spouting the line Mrs Garrison uses in the Evolution episode - you know the one where were "retarded offspring of five monkeys having butt sex with a fish-squirrel".
 
Who actually watches FOX News and takes it seriously though? It's just an entertainment show, presented by crazy people.

A large portion of the US, as well as a large portion of the Conservative Future wing in the UK.

Except we don't know how many in the U.S. view it as just a comedy show. Seriously, compared to the major broadcast networks, FNC's ratings are a drop in the bucket.
I like how all of these people in the clips are saying a lot of the same things word for word and trying to pretend like it's actually them having an original thought: the honeymoon is over, on the path toward socialism, etc. FOX News is sad. Actually all of the news networks are pretty terrible, but FOX really makes that extra effort to be crazy. They really need to change their slogan. They don't even have Alan Colmes anymore to give them the illusion of balance.

No they don't, instead the have black right wingers to show they aren't being racist, that its the person they dislike.

Just for the record, I'm not saying they ARE being racist, I believe if ANY Democrat had won, they would be behaving like this, its just they fear the perception.
 
Eh, while I'm all on the train for "theres no such thing as non-bias media", I do have to say that the clip there is a bad example of it. It's purely edited, taking things out of context, to make it look like the news is being reported bias-ly (biased?). My dad watches Fox News like its the be-all-end-all of the reporting world so I've seen a handful of those clips and know they aren't portrayed correctly. Plus half those clips are from opionated shows, such as The O'Reilly Factor, Hannity and Colmes (if that's what its still called), and that one with Glenn Beck. Those aren't actual news reports. Whoever made that could have just as easily made one that shows how much Fox loves Obama too.
 
Wouldn't it be great if there was just ONE news show or publication that presented the actual news, rather than their interpretation of it? A very wise man said a long time ago, "All that I know, I learned from the newspapers." If Will Rogers was alive today and made that claim, he would be a very uninformed man.

Yeah, I completely forgot about Britney and the pizza. Good point. And the concept of free coupons would have been hard for an ol' Oklahoma cowboy to grasp.

In fairness, and to really comment on your post, I was watching a TV show recently about the News and 'Current Affairs' shows and the point the host was getting across was something similar.

Gone are the days of news being broadcast as news, now its little more than reality TV with presenters who are more comfortable eating Witchity grubs in the Australian Jungle or Ballroom Dancing to an ABBA hit in sequins, then actually telling the truth to the audience because, well, there aren't any ratings in the truth.
 
It's hard to find real news reporting lacking spin. i'd say nearly impossible.

It's obvious that Fox has issue with Obama just as it' was obvious that ABC, CNN, CBS, and NBC has problems with Bush...to the point dan rather was humilated over it. The news has become talk radio as far as biasness goes, but truth be told i trust the voice of the minority despire who's in power more than a majority thats fanboyism steam roll stuff.

(I was all about the patriot act sucking the life out of civil liberties, suspicion of fraudulent evidence to instigate a war, and homosexuals rights to marry while the GOP was the big bulldozer.)

I prefer drudge report myself, right leaning or not. He's even kind of fun for me.
 
Well, the alternative was voting for a ticket that included Sarah "I'm hardly qualified to run a gas station" Palin, so yeah, I'm still feeling pretty comfortable having voted for Obama.

As opposed to Joe Biden, who would run the gas station, but he would double the price of gas, steal all the Hershey bars with almonds, and put Pepsi syrup in the Coke fountain. And then blame it all on the janitor.That was the problem with that election. Instead of choosing the most qualified candidate, you had to try and guess the least UNqualified. The classic lesser of two evils.

I run a gas station! This means I could have been President? I'd give you all fuel for nothing, I don't think anyone should drive cars anymore.
