A Faith spin off?

On the Tru Calling message board, someone said that Joss is talking to Eliza Dusku about doing a spin off if Tru Calling fails. What do you think? Rumor? Would you watch?

I think it might be just rumor, but I would definatly watch it if it wasnt.
 
I think its a rumor. I read something like that before but she was pretty sure that tru calling was going to make it.

I would absolutly watch a faith spinoff shes one of my favorite characters. Even though sometimes shes evil but not anymore. But anyway if for some reason Tru Calling doesn't make it i'm hoping for a Faith spinoff since Alyson Hannigan is doing her own show.
 
I think it's a rumor too. But Tru Calling isn't going to fail. That show rocks...but if it did I would hope they could work something out. I want as many Buffy spinoffs as possible!
 
As much as I would like to see a Faith spin off, i'd rather see Tru Calling make it, as there is a lack of good shows out there. It doesn't mean that Faith might not pop up in Angel, as she is still pretty close to Angel.
 
Well, it has been announced that Tru Calling will be the next show to be canceled on fox :-( HOPEFULLY THEY WILL CHANGE THERE MINDS!

Thats why we ask that if you post any news that you state our source, where possible with a link (its best to have a link). That way people can see for themselves. Otherwise its just taken as a rumour.
 
I think it's definatly true, in some other interviews, both Joss and Eliza hinted to conversations about a Faith spin-off.

It kind of makes me hope Tru fails ... *hides from the Tru fans*
 
See this is what I don't understand, why people are wanting Tru to fail (and this isn't directed just to Allycat i've come across it before). As an Eliza fan shouldn't you be wishing her all the best?
 
Well, I found the links during school, but I had to go, so now I gotta find them again 🙁!

I'd be happy with whatever she gave us. She's such a great actress and both Tru and Faith rock.

I saw Eliza Dushku being interviewed on television last week. Sorry, I forget where. I think it was Extra, or something like that.

I do remember clearly, she said, " Yeah. Expect to see Faith again". I got the impression she was implying "on Angel" though.

You've mistunderstood, IF and ONLY IF she would have a Faith spin-off when Tru failed. If that were the case, Tru needs to be cancelled asap. I wish Eliza all the best, but if I had the pick between a show with her, which I don't watch, or a Faith spin-off ... no real need to explain, is there?
 
Being cancelled? what are they nuts! the show is awesome! but if it were to be cancelled having faith come back would be awesome! of course i would watch it!
