They are not actually called yet, they still need to be! But there training has already started!
 
so they have all the supre strength and stuff? If thats the case then Buffy isn't that unique. there's gotta be something different. Sure Buffy would be more advanced with her fighting skills. But if you have all these girls with super strength, why not place them around the world to clear out demons quicker?
 
No, I guess they already have the technique, but lack the superstrenght, since they're not called out yet!
 
They are just girls the counsel has identified that may possibly be called to become the next slayer if and when Faith dies. They may or may not ever actually be called.
 
ok, that makes sense. They don't have the supre strength yet. If they did, I wouldn't understand why they are being held back. So who exactly calls the next slayer. How does this person or persons decided among all the SITs? See, this is what happens to me. A little think becomes obsessed over in my little world. It sucks.
