Most of the charaters from Angel say they would come back to the show, except David (its about money dispite what he says). Would you still watch the show/TV movie if David was replaced?
 
It would depend who they got. I don't like DB as much now as I did on BtVS, so maybe they can eve do better...

(please don't stone me!)
 
Sometimes I wish Joss Whedon would make a Buffy/Angel movie with Viggo Mortensen and Scarlet Johansen, just to show David, Sarah and the fan-mags who really calls the shots in the Buffy/Angelverse.
 
How can there be Angel without er....Angel. DB is Angel. What a ridiculous suggestion that DB be replaced. DB owns that show imo. But if he is holding the show to ransom than I'd let any talk of a return die.
 
I dont know, i'd watch it because it would be all that was left of the buffyverse but he would have to bebeautiful to replace DB in the eyes of girls all around the world!!!

I've been thinking who, if they did replace angel, would be him and i think i've found the perfect three people, eddie cibrian, from sunset beach, the really nice electric guy from mutant X or julian mchaon, even though he dont look like DB hes still gorgeous.
My favourite would have to be Eddie Cibrian he is just so good looking its unbelieveable, here are some links to pics of him:

I would still have to watch it, but it would only be to see how bad it was. You can't replace David Boreanaz as Angel IMO. Period.
 
I'm not even a huge fan of Angel the way it is now (haven't seen a lot of episodes though).. But I don't get how it could be Angel without David.. doesn't work.. to me.. Don't think I'd watch it (not that it ever would come to Sweden anyway)..
 
It would feel weird watching someone else in the role of Angel, it would have to be DB. If someone did replace him though it would have to be Eddie Cibrian!
 
Now that David is returning to televison in a new ABC show I suppose we will just have to put the idea of Angel returning in any form with David.

Could another show rise from the ashes of Angel ? The answer is yes IF Joss was interested which is unlikely at the moment. But it could be done because there are many tales left to tell in the universe that Joss created.
 
I would watch it probably, can't deny that.

But it really wouldn't be the same. Even as much as I don't really care for David Boreanaz, I do think that he is the only one that can play Angel.
 
If Joss would make a continuation of the Angel series, I know for sure that I would watch it because of course Angels my baby with Leery. But it would be great if they would continue it or atleast make a Buffy and Angel movie.

It would be totally weird seeing somebody else play the part of Angel, so I think it would just be easier to kill him off--but then the show "Angel" would just be wrong. Wasn't there talk about making a spin off? I'd love to see another show, and I'd love to see a movie! I just want something..
