easily one of the best ep's of S4. Restless and and Hush have the epicness, but this one has what makes Buffy what it is...character

LMFAO I TOTALLY agree.... Hilarious!!
Lol 🙂 yeah this my favorite ethan episode ever. The scene in the pub is also priceless. I love the crypt scene. ''oh i wouldn't say that, i wouldn't say that at all. In fact ripper, old mate, id say .... Oh bugger, i thought you'd gone'' ha ha ha ha

i almost fell off my chair from laughing do hard at that part, i actually rewound it and watched it a couple more times

What about the cost of Giles breaking his phone, ripping his shirt and hitting the wall =P

Haha, the part when we first hear what Giles sounds like to the outside person, when he's trying to wake up Xander. My husband rewound over and over and over . . . and he still on occasion takes it upon himself to chase me around the house mimicking demony Giles. Waving his arms about and everything.

I love this episode--the showcase of ASH's acting ability--he is so amazing. (Drunkenly: "she called me an absent male role model ... I'm twice the man she is")

I heart me some Giles. And the beginnings of Buffy/Riley and Willow/Tara ships are both sweet.

I absolutely LOVE this episode, and the part where he chases Professor Walsh down the street was freakin' HILARIOUS. The first time I watched it, I was drinking soda and literally spit soda all over myself from laughing at it. TiVo would have provided me much entertainment back then. LMFAO

Another favorite part is the part in the pub when Ethan totally tells Giles what he's done and then cracks up laughing and goes "Just kidding!" That is my favorite Ethan moment in the series. 😀

I felt bad for him when he ripped his shirt; it was kind of pitiful in a funny way. It was nice to see Giles (albeit demonified) and Spike working together, and the fact that Spike would risk him self for a couple hundred bucks.... such a great character scene.

Watching the Scoobies try to go after the 'unknown monster' was a bit tense too... I kept thinking "ooooh this is going to turn out bad, bad, bad for Giles".
