Please before you ask a question on the boards, or pm us, look for the answer. Use the search function, look in the help forum, look in the rules, read directions if there are any.
It's not that we don't want to help, but I personally have been getting lots of questions where the answer was apparent or easily could be found on the boards already.
All I'm saying is - try to find the answer before you ask about it.
That just helps me be able to focus on other board improvements.
