About the whole memory erasing thing ...

I wouldn't say no more Connor, i have heard he will appear in one episode this year(i wish he wouldn't though). But it will be interesting to see what happens when he shows up. What the character who don't remember think, and what Connor himself thinks, and if they will later remember him again.

hmmm,maybe,..I'm not sure,I don't like him but I would like to know if the A.I. Team will remember someday what really hapenned
 
Hmm.. Now that offers some interesting possibilities. If it's just some simple memory mojo, then how could Connor not be aware of his own abilities? The guy can jump 30 feet straight into the air! Can you imagine that during his first basketball game?

So either the majic used inhibited his supernatural abilities, or took them completely away, or Connor is left knowing something is different about him, but not why.

Now take a basically good kid like Conner, give him some supernatural abilities, and what's he gonna do? Nothing possibly. Or he might end up fighting evil. Or he might use it for his own profit. The thing is, I would bet he would want to exercise his abilities in a way that didn't get him arrested, and didn't create a moral dillema for him. Since their aren't alot of super-powered warriors for good running around other than teenage girls with pointy sticks, he might get into the habit of fighting against evil for the same reason Spike did for so long: It's a good way to blow off steam.

Now if this was the case, would he perhaps wonder why a certain vampire he ran across was looking at him with love in his eyes? Or why a vampire has been stalking him for the past 2 years? Maybe he met up with and dated a slayer? It actually opens up alot of cool possibilities I would be interested to see. But of course, he simply might not have access to his supernatural powers.

some of those are interseting, i personally never liked Connor and would not mind it if he never came back, but i do think the whole memory erase and return of Connor could make an interesting story if i temporarily force myself to forget how much i really dont like Connor
 
maybe since technically Connor does not exist to the group, then maybe it could be assumed that they believe Darla was never brought back?
(or is that too much of a stretch?)

It is weird though, because how is Cordy's coma explained, and why is she still in the coma and why is Lilah dead?

i think darla's not back because connor is still techincally alive, he just has a totally different life. and someone else said that they'd like to see willow come back and rember connor? i think that'd be so great
 
If nothing else, usage of power like that isn't likely to escape Willow's notice.

Unlike the AI crew, Willow is pretty darned sensitive to uses of power. And memory-tampering magic is pretty much old hat to her. She's not a garden variety witch after all, she's literally epic in her abilities, and to my knowledge, the only big bad the buffy crew was never able to actually beat.

Much like we saw in the case of (possessed) cordelia's carefully laid plans, the big bad guys aren't always counting on a witch of Willow's stature to show up on the scene 😉

So yeah, I'm with you! I want to see her take on all of this. 🙂
 
They changed what everyone thinks happened, perhaps they gave everyone false memories of Darla dieing, or more likely, none of them remebers her return from s3.
 
I don't think anyone remembers Darla coming back at all in S3. They probably think she's still out there.
 
Me and a friend of mine were discussing the rules of the memory spell. Not so much what happened to Conner, but if they remember what was going on in other aspects of their lives; was Wesley still kicked out of the group, what happened to Angel during the time he'd spent underwater in that box, and does Faith even have the slightest idea why she's not in jail any more?

*and concerning what Darla in hell remembers, it probably only works on this dimension. though I could be wrong.
 
ahhhhh....too many hard questions...! Angel knows about his time underwater, but i don't think Wesley would remember saving him, he probably doesn't remeber any of that at all. I'm really not sure though....... I wonder if its just like a big emptiness to the characters, or if different memories were created. Would it feel like theres just months missing from their lives, or do they have memories, but fake ones?
 
Well like I said before only Wes, Gunn, Fred, and Lornes minds were wiped of COnnor so Faith still knows aswell as Willow probably, Cordy still knows, Eve knows, Lilah knows, Angel knows must I go on.
 
What I don't understand is if Wesley remembers chopping off Lilah's head, how would he remember dating her in the first place? It was Wes' actions with Connor that led to his affair with Lilah in the first place.

Or was he lying to RogerBot when he claimed that he was involved with Lilah? Does he only remember chopping off Lilah's head, but not their romance? And simply lied to RogerBot to get off the subject of a girlfriend?
 
Why is Cordy in a coma? or The Connor Mystery

Ok, so Cordy fell into a coma after having given birth to Jasmine. Jasmine was Cordy's and Connor's child.

Now, Angel has made a deal that he would work for Wolfram and Heart and Connor would have this lovely family.

What happened here?
From which point in time has history been altered?

Connor was as old as he was when he was with Angel when we saw him with his new family so the whole Holtz kidnapping thing must have taken place and Connor must have returned. But what happened then? Did Holtz not want revenge on Angel any more and have Connor adopted by a family who just seemed to have been waiting for this opportunity?

It all seems very strange to me. I just can't make heads or tails of this whole Connor thing.

And then, if Connor never lived with Angel he never would have known Cordy and Jasmine would never have been born. So why is Cordy in a coma now??

Does anyone have a clue about all this?
