I was very torn about this. on one hand, buffy jumps into a hell portal. on the other, she's a good person who deserves to go to heaven. so, i think its just up to the viewer to suss out something for yourself. i really don't know to be honest, what to think.
but i didn't like how willow assumed she immediately went to hell. it seemed quite mean.
