I liked this one too. Xander is kind of annoying.
Giles thinks about the Master being Joseph Heinrich Nest and what a terrible person he was in real life.
Question: was his full/human name mentioned in show? Or is that a mythology thing that was added in the books?
Also, Darla doesn't remember her human name, perhaps because she prefered her identity as Darla? Just questioning how well documented the Master's history is when he is a lot older.
Giles also either has a strange ginger bias (cough cough like others @Skanky Vamp ) or really didn't want Willow to be a witch, because he thinks:
"Being a redhead was supposedly a clear sign that one was a witch. Thank God that didn't prove to be the case."
Another interesting tidbit:
"Jay thought about that. He didn't know why some came back with all their faculties - like him and Corvelle, and Kevin too, - and some were simple, ravening beasts. He didn't know if it was luck of the draw or some weakness in life or the srenght of your demon, or what."
Question: Just an interesting thought about how vampires work in the -verse. Most seem pretty "smart" like Spike and Angel, and even Harmony, but perhaps thre is a point to why so many are just minions to these guys. What do you guys think? Is it about the weakness of their demon or something else that seems to make some vampires more dime in a dozen and not really proper individuals like some others?
