Accent

Alexis does do a great English accent (as far as I can tell, anyway - I'm not English myself so I'm probably not the best judge). If anything, his real American accent sounds less natural than his fake English one.

LOL I know, right?? He is so good at doing the British accent that his American accent doesn't sound "right" to me.

His English accent is very good. I think it is partly to do with the fact he doesn't overdo it- in early Buffy and Angel he overdoes the pompous attitude (on purpose, I mean) but he doesn't overdo the accent. But I always think his American accent sounds...well, forced. Unbelievable but true. In a guest talk with him and Tony Head didn't Alexis start going back into a English accent and he apologised for falling into Wesley Mode or something?

Haha, yep. My brother had heard him talking on Angel a few times, and when he was on Dollhouse my brother said "he really can't pull off an American accent." He'd always thought Alexis was british.

His regular is weird. The first time I heard him talking regular, I was like "Go back to British", much much sexier.

Yeah first time I heard him in his normal accent I said he couldn't do it at all, shocking to find out it was natural!
