Addicting Your Friends

I was just wondering if you had gotten any of your friends really into Buffy. One of mine recently gave in and told me that he wanted to watch Buffy in its entirety just so he would understand half of what I say. We've gotten through all of Season 1 (in one sitting no less) and we took out six episodes of Season 2.

He really likes it, so far The Witch is his fav episode but I contend that it's only because he hasn't seen any of the really, really good ones yet. i.e. Passion, the Becomings, The Wish, etc (so far I only have the first 3 seasons on DVD). But it made me really happy that he wanted to see it.

So I was just wondering if any of you had also addicted any of your friends.
 
Only one of my mates watches Buffy and she not like as bad as me but she really likes it most of my friends watch Angel but dont like Buffy at all....i think we jus like to mostly stare at DB...lol
 
Well me and one of my friends used to constantly talk about Buffy in season 2 every day after it aired and a lot of my friends, ok 3 of them heard us and decided to watch now they are just as addicted as me. Well maybe not quite as much but they watch it every week and quote it and talk about it so yea...
 
Well I got Anya the member on here into Buffy & I got about another 3 friends of my in too it!!! 🙂
 
only one of my friends watches buffy as far as i know. but he isn't as addicted to it as i am. he doesn't like angel cause he thinks spike is better. but i love both shows.😀
 
nope, i dont think that they know that it exists...

Well, my friend used to have to watch Angel because my mother would be watching The West Wing (fine show, I just wanted my Angel dammit) on our one working TV, so I'd go to his house and watch it. So, he knows most of the second half of this last season of Angel.

It was so funny, the other day I got over to his place to watch Buffy and he just yells at me for not telling him that the Cordy on Angel was the same Cordy on Buffy. He's getting really into the show. The other day he launched like an hour long conversation about Xander in the second season and how he's just never happy.
 
I know this girl over the net, her name is Amy and I have totally gotten her into it because I always rave on about how cool it is and send her wallpapers and banners, abd she finally gave in and said that she would watch it that night. Now I cannot get her to staop talking about it!!

LOL my friend Andee dispises it. When I say one word she would roll her eyes and say 'here we go'.....and it pisses me off. But mt friend Tarah is in to it but kinda faded out a while ago. And there is one person who I got to watch it, my boyfriend.
I sat him down and turned it on (and like andee) he was rolling his eyes and asking to go to the bathroom (before It started) I beged him to watch one epi ('The Gift') and when the comercilas came on he got pissed and after that he watched every night up untill chosen. We watched s1-4 and hes seen everything exept season 5 so were waiting for that to come out and he will see it.

i have gotten one of my friends into Buffy! and also my boyfriend. teehee. i love him! sowy, i couldnt control myself! 🙂
 
two of my friends watch buffy, but not angel. they're not addicted like me and sometimes they even miss episodes for stupid reasons and then when i find out i go completely crazy, but they just stare at me. lol.
 
I got my sister into Buffy and Angel, now shes obsessed too. We're gonna live together at college next year, and we're planning on buying a stand up Spike poster 🙂. Our roomates better like Buffy!

Oh, and i totally know what you mean Wicca Will, i have these friends that are twins, they like buffy and angel but they miss for the dumbest reasons! One of them even missed the series finale of Buffy! aah
 
I was the only one in my family who watched Buffy and Angel, but my older brother watched the reruns on FX and he started to like the show, he only watches Buffy and not Angel.
