Advice?

[This Year's Girl]

I'm attending my first-ever convention this month (Creation's Salute to Buffy and Angel in NJ), and I was wondering if any of you experienced convention-goers have any advice for a newbie like me. Is there anything you wish you would've known before going to your first convention? Please share! 🙂

Awww a newbie lol. I remember the days....

Ok, first and foremost..wear comfortable shoes as you might be queuing for a while at a time.
Take energy bars (if ya like em) with you becuase when I go to cons, I never get time to eat lol.
Take a bag big enough to carry things in like all your autos etc
Also, the queues can get get boring so take your Buffy top ttrumps if you have some and play them in the queues!
Don't be afraid to chat to people in the queues, they are there for the same resons as you so that's the ice breaking part over with lol
