AI leaders loose grip

Is it yust me or is leading AI such a heavy burden? First Angel in S2 can't handle it no more and gets more into his archnemesis / longest lasting love
Then Wesley in S3 kidnaps Connor. And now it looks as if Fred, who's been leading the gang (yust her and Gunn and a lot of paperwork) is on the verge of a breakdown.

So again I ask you: Is Leading AI such a heavy burden??
 
There's also the stress of fighting demons, trying to pay the bills, and having Wolfram & Hart breathing down your neck all the time...
 
Fighting demons and vampires would take a toll on you too! Gosh darnit, I don't how I keep it together all the time. But, when I come back from a night fighting the darkness and the evil, I just reflect back on all the lives that I have saved tonight, and thank God the people of this city has me as its protector.
 
Lol it's all not that frustrating, but what is frustrating is the thing Holland Manners said to Angel in 2.16 "Reprise"

That's really frustrating ...
 
yeah i alwats wonder how they manage to pay the bills its not as if they have a queue of paying clients is it? they are always solving their own problems or someone elses for FREE!!!::wave::
