Alex Rider TV Series

I've heard of the book series. Wasn't there a movie as well? Might've seen that. Like 'Teen Bond' kinda deal.


Didn't know there was a TV show but I might check it out, cheers. 🙂

Stormbreaker was the film. Very average.

This was 2020's and nothing to do with the film and involved the book author too.
They only did 3 seasons because A the actor (who was in his 20s) was looking to old to play a teenager by the end and B The Author said they only wanted to do a specific storyline which is over these 3 seasons

Technically its yound adults but adults can watch it too.
All in all worth a watch

It's got a 7.5/10 rating, which is nothing to sneeze at! Until you tagged me in this thread, I'd never even heard of the series. Unfortunately, it's on a streaming platform I don't have, but if I ever get it, will definitely keep the series in mind.

Am glad you're enjoying thus far! How did you come across it?

Another adult recommended it to me and I was really surprised as I was a bit sceptical as the film was a bit flat but this is far better

Cool! Oh there's a film too? I don't have Amazon myself, and nor am I looking to sign up. Sometimes a project works better as a T.V series, rather than a film.
@hoponlilmama it's based off a book series by Anthony Horowitz.
You don't need the film. Its only 3 seasons of 8 episodes each. But yeah is genuinely pretty good. The cinematography is excellent and the acting is great. So yeah I think as Buffy fans I think you'll enjoy this
