the vampire myth is pretty much the best one in existence, it's incredible how every culture in the world, long before they were even connected to each other and had any kind of comunication, long before that they all had a vampire-like creature, most of them sharing similar characteristics (blood suckin fiend of night)
 
The fact that so many cultures independantly developed a 'similar' myth is not proof that it is true. It is a very natural fear. People instinctively recognize that blood is the source their life, and therefore fear those that wish to take it from them. Therefore many cultures have developed myths about blood stealers, and although they are all quite unique, we recognize the fundamental similarities and lump them into one single myth.

And "raising a fist of fun"? Sounds obscene. And quite possibly very uncomfortable. 🙂
 
LD~ I never saw this post before, but ya know what? I have a penguin bathroom.....plus a million more peguin "stuff" and fist of fun is just one my expressions for me saying.....I really like this/this rocks/I luv this/this is the best/super fun/really cool-and any other thing that would be, for me, an expression of "total funness"! So see, there is nothing uncomfortable with having a blast is there?? And in person, I actually raise my fist in the air and say "Fist of Fun!"

and Rayne.......I think you and EJ should get married so there! j/k Rayne you are a dork....luv ya anyway-"together is better" and hey as I say, "dorks are in"!

Aliens: Yes
Vampires: No

I don't believe there are Vamps among us, but there are people out there that believe they're vampires...I heard a story about a young teenage boy that thought he was a vamp and he ended up killing some old guy and drinking his blood...it was quite disgusting 😱...I don't know about you guys but I think I'll stick to caffeine 😉...that boy must've watched to many late horror movies.

Aliens on the other hand, I do believe in 🙂 I've read a lot of books on people getting abducted, and I've watched a few documentaries on Aliens and UFOs...Although some of the stories are probably bull****, some are more than likely true.

...I wonder if Aliens are just as interested in us as we are in them...freaky.

Research on what, exactly? Vampire Bats? Chupacabra? Talent Agents?
 
There are actually people out there who believe they are vampires, drink real human blood and whatever...Personally, I think they're a bunch of psychos, but that's just my opinion.
 
that's why i said research.... you'd be amazed at how logical it is...

for those interested, look for words like "pranic vampires" "sanguinarian" stuff like that, if you can't find anything, tell me and i'll try to re-find all that, it's been awhile since i read it all


also, there's people in a lifestyle by the name of "vampyre"
 
Yeah, I am not an expert, but those sound like extremely severe psychological disorders to me...

Aliens probably exist, hey, after all, the universe is so huge, so why should we be alone to live in it. But however, they r definitly not like we imagine, I mean, green, with a big head & all skinny ! lmao
I think we will never know coz our technology isn't good enough yet, but who know, maybe in 1000 years, we will discover some amazing stuff !!!

For vamps, yes, they exist : bat-vamps ! lol I'm not kidding, this species does exist, but they don't turn in human, lol they r just animals, a bit dangerous for cows !
 
I believe we've been visited by aliens throughout history. There is plenty of evidence of civilisations which refer to super beings, apparently humanoid but with a distinctive big cranium, long thin limbs and large eyes. Until proven otherwise, that's what I believe.

As for vampires, some people have a vampire-like lifestyle because of medical conditions. Folklore is just that....folklore.

Or maybe they are an alien species..
